Information submitted through the website

The case-assessment form asks for basic contact, relationship, nationality, destination and case-summary information. The initial website does not request passport scans, national identity numbers or banking credentials.

Purpose

Submitted information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess service scope, communicate with the client and protect the website.

SimpleX and email

If you choose to communicate through SimpleX or email, those channels are used according to their own technical operation and your device/account settings.

Rights and retention

The final policy must identify applicable legal rights, retention periods, lawful bases and any international data transfers once Viarela's final corporate and technical structure is confirmed.
